Tower Crane

Our tower crane is a stand-up crane with a rotary crane jib. It can be placed near the buildings, and is widely used in construction works. Much attention should be paid to the stability of tower crane as a result of the long distance between the top and supporting point of crane.

Safety Guide of Tower Crane
1. The operators should keep strictly to high-lift construction security rules.
2. Power system and hydraulic system should be operated by specially-assigned persons. Lifting work must be conducted by professionals.
3. Wireline slings, snap rings, connecting bolts, pin rolls, and other components should be checked regularly. Damaged components must be replaced promptly.
4. Good insulativity of cables and wires is required. All devices should be in good working conditions.
5. The height differences of nearby tower cranes should be above 5m when they work in the same time.
6. Check locating stud seriously and adjust the gap between idler pulleys. Rotating top hat of tower crane is forbidden during lifting.
7. Cut off power supply after the work is over, and then place the joy sticks into the neutral position. Meanwhile, make sure that the idler pulley is not contact with tower body, and all bolts are fastened well.
8. Earthing devices are required. Only staff can enter the working area.
9. Application is not allowed if the wind speed is more than 3rd level.
10. Anchor device should be checked regularly to guarantee the safety.
