Water Truck

Our water truck is used to transport water for human drinking, agricultural irrigation, fire suppression, etc. It is widely used in Africa continent and other places where the weather is dry.

The water tanker also can be used to spray water instead of the sprayer. It can be customized according customers’ requirements.

Operational Guidance of Water Truck

Water-filling Operation
1. Please place the water truck as close as possible to the operating spot.
2. Open the side door, and pull out water suction hose from the case. Then make sure there is no knot in the hose.
3. Drop the water suction hose into the water, and make sure the pipe end always remain 300mm below water surface.
4. Pull up handle bar of cross valve, and make it perpendicular to the ground.
5. Place speed changer into neutral position first, and then start the engine. After those, disengage the clutch and pull back power take off’s switch. Then the pump begins to work.
6. The operator can get information through the sight glass above rear head. When the fluid level reaches middle position of sight glass, he or she should notice the driver, and pull the pipe out of the water or close cross valve.
7. After pack up the hose, you put it into the case and close the side door.
8. Drive the water truck away from the operating spot.

Spraying Operation
1. Pull up handle bar of cross valve, and make it perpendicular to the ground. Then open the ball valves you desired.
2. Start the engine, and then place speed changer into the position. After those, you pull back power take off’s switch. Then the pump starts to work, and our water tanker begins to spray water.
3. After the water is run out, the driver should push the handle bar of power take off. Then the pump stops working.
