1. A paver, also known as paver finisher or asphalt finisher, is an engineering vehicle (engineering equipment) used to lay asphalt on roadways;
2. Be suitable for either soil stabilized cement and lime base material or asphalt concrete;
3. Whole hydraulic drive, central control system, electric control motor, ultrasonic sensor control;
4. With constant speed control, auto steering, self exam fault, color display function;
5. Use wearable material to secure the performance;

Driving system: whole hydraulic drive, engine connect transmission case to drive all pumps for the following items:
1．Traveling devices
2．Feeding devices and auger
3．Screw conveying
4．Tamper and vibrating
5. Lifting screed folding hopper and operate cylinder
Traveling device: two side crawler devices are independent hydraulic drive, controlled by micro computer.
Bearing mode: two crawlers bear the weight of the whole machine, and the patch area of every crawler is 3427×320mm
Parking brake: hydraulic NC disc brake was installed in two planet reducer for parking.
Steering: The traveling clutch is controlled by hydraulic cylinder through potentiometer, so it can rotate with the brake.
Hopper: The capacity is 14 tons and controlled by hydraulic cylinder.
Push roller: It is used to pull the back wheels of the truck.
Conveyor system: There are two conveyors on left and right, through pump, motor, reduction device and chain drive, controlled by supersonic material sensor. 0-115 r/min, setpless speed control. Conveyor system consists of pump motor reduction device and chain supersonic material sensor .
Control software: MC400, S11 controller, 24V DC supplied by two batteries is in charge of the whole circuit.
Canopy: It is consisted of steel tube and cloth.
Automatic leveling units:It has longitudinal and one piece of transverse equipment, Ultrasonic NC multi probe auto leveling unit, imported from USA.
