Walk-Behind Vibrating Roller

Our walk-behind vibrating roller is extensively used in earthworks, granular and asphalt construction. It has working widths of 600mm to 750mm, and its operating weight is in the range of 600 to 1000 kg.

Designed with low lateral projection, double vibration system and low center of gravity, our walk-behind vibrating roller is particularly suitable for the construction and maintenance of footpaths, road shoulders, cycle paths, parking areas and garage driveways, playgrounds, commercial and forestry roads.

Operating Guidance of Walk-Behind Vibrating Roller
1. The walk-behind vibrating roller is driven by combustion engine. So when the machine starts to vibrate, the combustion engine should operate in intermediate speed first, then high speed. It should be particularly pointed out here that the vibrating roller must move for a while before it vibrates.
2. The machine must be power off before speed or direction is changed. The speed of combustion engine should be lowered while speed changes.
3. Vibration of vibrating roller on firm earth is forbidden.
4. When works on soft ground, the walk-behind vibrating roller should do rolling work once or twice, and then vibrate.
5. Frequency of vibration should be adjusted well before use.
6. After main clutch is released, reversing clutch and brake can be adjusted.
7. High gear is not allowed to use when the walk-behind vibrating roller is climbing up, going downhill or taking a sudden turn.
8. Vibration is forbidden when the machine runs in high speed.
9. Before the machine is shutdown, you stop the vibration first, then put reverse mechanism into middle position, and put speed changer into neutral position. After doing those, you pull up manual operating lever and then turn off the machine.
10. Other operations must meet the requirements of vibrating rollers.
